Meet the Team ...
Kimberly is our Customer Service Representative. She'll likely be your first contact here at ACI. Kimberly answers your calls, sets your appointment, arranges your rental car, calls you with regular progress updates and lets you know when your vehicle is complete and ready to be picked up. She can answer many of your questions and even help you arrange financing. And you just might find the thing you like best about Kimberly is her empathetic ear...we deal with auto accidents every day but we know that this is a rare, frustrating and sometimes frightening experience for many of you. We try not to forget that and work hard to take away much of the associated worry and hassle.
Chris is our Shop Manager. He has been with us for a very long time and worked his way up through the ranks. Because of his varied experience, Chris really knows how to get things done. You most likely won't meet Chris as most of his time is spent out in the shop. But rest assured that he is working hard to make sure your repair goes as smoothly as possible and meets our high standards.
April is our Collision Damage Estimator and will be the one to lay out the repair plan for your vehicle. You'll meet with April initially to go over the vehicle and discuss what problems you'd like to have addressed. She'll talk with you about which parts of the damage are insurance claim related and also about any other work you'd like to have done. She'll coordinate with your insurance company if a claim is involved, and do her best to help them understand what is required to repair your vehicle properly and safely. She'll help answer any technical questions you may have and she'll work directly with our Shop Manager and our technicians to ensure that your concerns are taken care of.
Our techs are a great bunch. ICAR trained, ASE certified...and most importantly, real people who take pride in what they do. They ensure not only that your vehicle will look good when it gets back to you, but that it will perform as designed to protect you and your family should you be unfortunate enough to be involved in another accident.
